It looks like it's just a crocheted circle basket with an attached handle, made separately, and a 'lid' of sorts that represents the coffee. It's probably stuffed so that it keeps its shaped. You'd sew the mouth and eyes on before you added the coffee top part. Should be easy. It looks like it's all sc, super fast.
